THUNDER BAY – Environment Canada has ended its extreme cold warning for the city.
The government weather agency early Monday morning issued an extreme cold warning for the city warning of wind chill values of -40C to -45C continue Monday morning.
Conditions will begin to slowly moderate throughout the day. Wind chill values near -25C to -30C are expected tonight.
