It could be a cool and quiet hiring climate in the Thunder Bay area this fall .
According to the latest Manpower Employment Outlook Survey, only 10 per cent of employers in the Thunder Bay area plan to add staff in the October to December quarter.
That compares to 13 per cent who anticipate cutbacks during the same period.
Another 73 per cent of employers say they plan to maintain current staffing levels, with four per cent of respondents remaining undecided.
