Another arrest has been made in connection with the abduction and assault of a 45-year-old man city man earlier this month.
Thursday night, police arrested the fifth suspect in what they say is a string of assaults tied to an attack at a Cumberland Street motel on Jan. 20. Investigators have determined the victim was previously assaulted four separate times, dating back to July 2009. Police are now laying charges for those past incidents. They are seeking a woman, who is considered a person of interest in the investiagation.
