Five to hospital after crash

A weather-related, two-vehicle collision on Sunday sent five people to hospital. The mishap occurred at about 5:30 p.m. on Dawson Road, near the Mapleward Road intersection. Four of the victims suffered minor injury.

The mishap occurred at about 5:30 p.m. on Dawson Road, near the Mapleward Road intersection.

Four of the victims suffered minor injury. The fifth victim is described by city police as having serious injuries.

Police cited road conditions as a factor in the crash and remind drivers to slow down and adjust their driving to the road conditions.
