THUNDER BAY -- A sad anniversary is being marked by the Thunder Bay Police Service.
The flag at the Balmoral Police Station is flying at half-mast Friday in memory of Const. John Kusznier.
It was 38-years ago that Kusznier was killed in a shooting incident at a Thunder Bay nightclub.
Const. Kusznier is the only officer to be killed in the line of duty in the history of the Thunder Bay Police Service.
