THUNDER BAY - Motorists are being asked to exercise caution on area roadways as fog rolls into the city
Environment Canada has issued a fog advisory early Friday morning for areas along the shores of Lake Superior and Lake Nipigon. Visibility is significantly reduced and there is the possibility it could be suddenly reduced to zero.
Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations.
If traveling, be prepared for areas of near-zero visibility. If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights ahead and be prepared to stop.
