THUNDER BAY -- Former Thunder Bay Border Cat Jason Vosler among those not tendered a contract on Friday.
He hit .265 with 14 runs and 4 HRs for the Giants this year.
Former Cat Michael Papierski was also non-tendered by the Tigers. He hit .143 in 91 at bats with Cincinnati and San Francisco.
