THUNDER BAY — A 52-year-old man faces charges after allegedly defrauding a business of $300,000.
Provincial police said an investigation began last September after they were notified of fraudulent activity taking place at a business in the Thunder Bay area.
The investigation, which also involved the OPP's criminal behaviour analysis section, led to the determination that a former employee had defrauded the business of about $300,000.
The accused, Bradley Brennan, has been charged with fraud over $5,000. He has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court next week.
The charges have yet to be tested in court.
