FORT FRANCES – A 48-year-old man has been charged by Ontario Provincial Police for impaired driving.
The 48-year-old was stopped by Rainy River District OPP on Dec. 20, just before 3 p.m. after police had received complaints of an aggressive driver, according to a police news release issued this week.
Officers were able to stop the vehicle in question and conduct an investigation.
The driver was charged with one count of operating a conveyance while impaired by alcohol.
He will appear in Fort Frances court on Jan. 18.
