This Canada Day, visit Fort William Historical Park for a day filled with fun indoor and outdoor activities, exciting contests and games, and great music and entertainment! Join us for this family-friendly event on July 1st, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
 
There’s plenty to see and do all day long! Test your coordination with the new Zorb Ball inflatable obstacle course, paintball accuracy challenge and axe throwing. Explore Fort William and discover its important role in the development of Canada. Enjoy carnival games, live entertainment, participate in the scavenger hunt and watch Indigenous Artisan demonstrations. Join in the log sawing, bannock making and baggataway (lacrosse) contests, and dress in your red and white patriotic best for the Canada Pride contest, all for a chance to win great prizes. Enjoy a free corn on the cob and delicious Canada Day cake, go for wagon ride, paddle a canoe along the Kaministiquia River, and much more! 
 
As part of the Canada Day celebrations, the first 500 visitors will receive free admission! Once those have been distributed, regular event ticket prices are $10 for adults, $8 for students, seniors (60+) and youth (6-12), and children five and under are free.
