Four arrested in Fulton Boulevard drug raid

Heroin, crack cocaine and cash seized after investigation leads to search warrant being executed.

THUNDER BAY – Three suspects from southern Ontario and another from Thunder Bay are behind bars facing drug charges after a Thursday night raid of a residence on Fulton Boulevard.

Police seized a quantity of heroin and crack cocaine valued at $39,000 in the sweep, as well as about $15,000 in cash.

All four men – 50-year-old Jeffery McNickle of Thunder Bay, 28-year-old Warran Mills of Brampton, Ont., 24-year-old Quwayne Miller of Scarborough and 20-year-old Iman Elsaway of North York, Ont. were charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of heroin for the purpose of trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.

Mills was also charged with breach of recognizance, while Elsaway was charged with unauthorized possession of a restricted or prohibited weapon.

Police say the investigation began earlier in August. 

None of the allegations made have been proven in a court of law.
