The second-degree murder case against a Thunder Bay woman will continue in June.

Kimberly Fox faces charges in connection with the death of 28-year old Moses Meekis Kakekagumick.

Fox was initially charged with aggravated assault and breach of probation after an incident on Brant Street on Dec. 29.

The charges were upgraded to second-degree murder in January after Kakekagumick, her boyfriend, died in the hospital.

Fox was remanded in custody to June 6 at the Ontario Court of Justice Wednesday.

Both the Crown and defense are waiting for medical records and the post-mortem report.

None of the charges against the accused have been proven in court.
