THUNDER BAY -- Garbage collection in Thunder Bay has been cancelled for Wednesday because of snowy conditions.
Residents who would usually have their garbage and recycling picked up on Wednesday will instead have it picked up on Saturday. Thursday and Friday garbage collections will remain the same.
