Gas prices dropping again

THUNDER BAY – Gas prices appear to be headed down once again in Thunder Bay.

A number of stations have dropped their price at the pump by three cents a litre on Monday, led by the Superstore on Memorial Avenue which is offering the lowest price in town at $1.149 a litre, according to industry watchdog gasbuddy.com.

The site lists another nine stations in Thunder Bay at $1.159.

The lowest price in the area belongs to THP Variety and Gas Bar on City Road on Fort William First Nation, which is selling regular unleaded gasoline at $0.967 a litre. Four other stations on the reserve are under $1 a litre.

The average price in Ontario is $1.082.
