Gas prices fuel dip in local inflation

The inflation rate for Thunder Bay dipped last month. It fell to three per cent in October, which is down from the 3.6-per cent in September. Nationally, inflation sits at 2.9-percent, which is down from 3.2 per cent in September.

The decline is being attributed to lower energy costs, particularly a drop in gasoline prices.
