German ship finally able to dock in Duluth

Duluth, Minn., -- A German-operated cargo ship that was stranded at anchor for more than a month outside port of Duluth is finally being allowed to dock.

Duluth, Minn., -- A German-operated cargo ship that was stranded at anchor for more than a month outside port of Duluth is finally being allowed to dock.

Duluth Seaway Port Authority says the ''Cornelia'' will take on fuel and other supplies. 

The U.S. Coast Guard had detained the ship over the discharge of oily water somewhere other than Duluth.
