District Health Unit officials have renewed their call for people to ensure they get their annual flu shot.
This reminder follows the first laboratory-confirmed case of Influenza A in the District of Thunder Bay, and the second confirmed case in all of Ontario.
The Thunder Bay District Health Unit’s medical officer of health, Dr. David Williams, said getting a flu shot is the most effective way to protect you and your family from Influenza.
