Public health inspectors will be performing an inspection blitz over the course of this month.
The focus of this blitz will be on beauty and body art establishments. That includes tattoo parlors, hair styling and manicure outlets.
The Thunder Bay and District Health Unit is required to inspect these establishments once a year to help protect consumers from accidental infection.
