THUNDER BAY - Kids across the city of Thunder Bay who don't have any toys to bring to the park have a new option this summer.
These "play boxes" will be placed in several parks across the city, in hopes that children who come there will be able to enjoy the space even more.
It's part of the Healthy Kids Community Challenge, in cooperation with the City of Thunder Bay and the District Health Unit.
Parents who wish to access the play boxes can sign up to be e-mailed box lock combinations, at the Healthy Kids Thunder Bay website.
