The three-day hearing for a Thunder Bay Police Service officer charged with misconduct will begin Wednesday.
Sgt. James Mauro faces two counts of misconduct under the Police Services Act.
He was suspended from duty on March 26, 2010.
The hearing will be held at the Valhalla Inn in the Icelandic Room, starting at 10 a.m.
The hearing is open to the public
