THUNDER BAY - Parts of Northern Ontario could see as much as 50 millimetres of rain over the next two days.
A low pressure system from the southern United States is expected to move northeastward over Lake Superior throughout Tuesday and Wednesday.
The system will bring periods of rain Monday night and throughout the day on Tuesday. Rain could become heavy at times Tuesday night and continue throughout Wednesday, with total rainfall amounts of 50 millimetres possible.
