Provincial police charged the driver of an e-bike for impaired driving Tuesday.
The OPP officers spotted two men at the intersection of Red River Road and the Thunder Bay Expressway around 9 p.m.
The pair caught the attention of the officers because neither were wearing helmets.
When officers stopped the men on the bike they discovered that the driver was over the legal limit, and charged the 31-year-old man.
