THUNDER BAY – Four people were taken to hospital on Saturday after a two-vehicle collision on Highway 61, near Valley Road East.
Ontario Provincial Police say the driver of a SUV was north bound on Highway 61 around 8:20 p.m. when the driver crossed over the centre line and collided with a south bound sedan.
The driver of the SUV and the driver and two passengers from the sedan were transported to hospital by ambulance.
Two of the occupants of the sedan suffered serious injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
