Hobbs up early

With results from five polls, it appears Keith Hobbs is on his way to a landslide win in Thunder Bay's mayor's race. Hobbs has collected 3,295 votes to Mayor Lynn Peterson's 1,935 and 1,190 for Frank Pullia.
