THUNDER BAY – NDP Leader Andrea Horwath is headed to Thunder Bay to talk about electricity costs.

A release issued on Wednesday by Horwath’s office says she will join former NDP MPP candidate John Rafferty – who also ran a number of times provincially before being elected federally – at A.J.’s Trading Post in Slate River on Thursday afternoon to discuss soaring hydro costs, the effect it’s having on small business and the NDP plan to lower hydro bills.
