THUNDER BAY - Hospital patients and health care workers, some of those most impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic in Thunder Bay, will have one less thing to worry about with the introduction of free parking at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.

Parking gates will be left open during the pandemic, the hospital has announced. The free parking is reserved for patients, their care partners, staff, and professional staff.

Staff members are still required to swipe their identification cards and park in their assigned lots.
