Human resource professionals from around the region are gathering in Thunder Bay for a two-day conference to discuss employment issues and labour law.

Hosted by the Northwestern Ontario Chapter of the Human Resources Professionals Association, the event focuses on the latest developments and trends in their field.

Incoming director of communications Jonathon Pukila said the conference is usually held every two years.
