IGNACE, Ont. -- A 24-year-old Ignace man has been arrested and charged in connection with a child-pornography investigation.
Kyle Douglas Colby on Wednesday was charged with two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of making available child pornography.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing and released on Thursday on a recognizance of bail yesterday and is scheduled to appear on Oct. 3 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Dryden.
The investigation continues.
