SIOUX LOOKOUT, Ont. -- A 28-year-old man now faces impaired driving charges after police conduct a traffic stop.
Ontario Provincial Police conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle on Fifth Avenue in Sioux Lookout around 4:30 a.m. Friday morning.
The driver was arrested and charged with impaired driving, obstructing a peace officer and failing to comply with his recognizance.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 8.
Police are asking anyone that sees a suspected impaired driver to phone 911 and report it to police.
