FORT FRANCES -- Two men are facing impaired driving charges following separate impaired driving incidents.
Just before noon on Friday reports came in of a traffic complaint on a motor vehicle in Fort Frances.
The OPP located the vehicle in Pithers Point Park where they arrested and transported a 25-year-old from Nigigoonsiminikaaning First Nation to the OPP Detachment for breath tests.
The 25-year-old was charged with impaired driving and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
The following day, OPP officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on the 500 block of Nelson Avenue in Fort Frances.
Officers located the vehicle and upon investigation, they arrested the driver.
The 38-year-old from Fort Frances was charged and will appear in court April 25.
