Injuries have been reported after a collision between two snowmobiles near Highway 527.
Shuniah emergency services reported the collision around 1 p.m. Sunday. That response was apparently ongoing as of around 2:30 p.m., with an Ornge medical helicopter landing on the highway, and OPP controlling traffic in the area.
Shuniah emergency services stated on social media that the collision occurred near the highway and Eagle Head Road.
