Inquest into 2011 work-related death set for July

A coroner's inquest has been set into the death of a 24-year old Thunder Bay man killed in an industrial accident two years ago. Gustavo Argueta died from injuries he suffered while working on the MacKenzie bridge project in June of 2011.

A coroner's inquest has been set into the death of a 24-year old Thunder Bay man killed in an industrial accident two years ago.

Gustavo Argueta died from injuries he suffered while working on the MacKenzie bridge project in June of 2011.  

He was operating a bucket-lift when it tipped over, causing him to fall 50-feet to the ground. 

The inquest will begin July 29 and is  scheduled to last five days. 

Fifteen witnesses are expected to appear.
