An Inquest into a 2011 death at the Thunder Bay District jail is scheduled to begin Tuesday.
Cody Thompson-Hardy was 18-years-old when he was rushed the the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre from the district jail on Aug. 19, 2011.
He died at the hospital.
Few details have been released about the inmate's death and the events that surrounded the 2011 incident.
The inquest has been subjected to several delays, mostly due to jury roll issues.
The proceeding, under Coroner Dr. Michael Wilson, is expected to run five days.
About 15 witnesses are expected to testify.
