The province will hold an inquest into the death of a Thunder Bay man who died working construction on a local condominium project.
Lee Antoniak, 31, died on April 9, 2012 while part of a crew at the Thunder Bay Country Club. The inquest is mandatory under the Coroner’s Act.
The inquest will look into the circumstances of Antoniak’s death. He was killed when he was run over by a dump truck.
It’s scheduled to begin on Dec. 18 at 9:30 a.m. at the government building on Red River Road. It will be presided over by inquest coroner David Legge. Dan Mitchell will serve as counsel to the coroner.
