THUNDER BAY -- Don’t throw away the shovels just yet.
According to Environment Canada, the city is expected to receive another five to 10 centimetres of snow Tuesday.
Residents can expect a relatively snow-free start to the week , with a mainly cloudy day that features 40 per cent chance of flurries.
Clear skies should greet the city by the afternoon, but the sun will feature a high of -8 C that will be hard to enjoy due to a windchill factor that will make it feel more like -32 C.
The clouds return Monday night, with the snow starting to fall Tuesday morning.
Despite the forecasted snow and cold overnight lows, there are no active weather alerts or statements for this area.
