KENORA, Ont. - Police are asking for the public’s help locating several missing firearms stolen from a vehicle near Kenora.
According to an Ontario Provincial Police media release, members with the Kenora detachment received a report of the theft of three firearms.
The report was received just after midnight on Friday, August 23 and police were informed the firearms were taken from a pick-up truck on Pickerel Lake Road.
The firearms taken include a Remington 12-gauge pump-action shotgun, a Ruger lever-action 300-calibre rifle, and a Kimber bolt-action 308-calibre rifle.
