Kenora teens face charges for meth, cocaine possession

KENORA, Ont. – Two Kenora teenagers are facing drug-related charges after being caught with cannabis, methamphetamine, and cocaine earlier this week.

Kenora OPP say they laid charges after responded to a suspicious person call on Birchwood Crescent Thursday.

As a result of the investigation, two Kenora males aged 17 and 18 face charges including possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of schedule I substances methamphetamine and cocaine, possession of cannabis for the purpose of distributing, and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.

Both accused were released pending a hearing at a later date at the Kenora Courthouse.
