The area’s combined forces drug unit made what it is calling another major pot bust in Thunder Bay.
Thunder Bay Police Service officers were called to a Nelson Street residence on Monday following a complaint from a landlord.
Drug unit officers joined in the investigation and eventually discovered about 114 pounds of marijuana that was being stored and dried at the residence.
Police say they estimate the potential street value of the drugs to be nearly $1 million.
A 27-year-old man now faces drug trafficking charges as a result of that drug seizure.
