THUNDER BAY -- Boston Pizza and local law enforcement are teaming up to fundraise.

On Wednesday, May 23rd from 12 to 2 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m. uniformed law enforcement officers will be greeting and serving Boston Pizza guests to let them know about the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics.  Officers will be collecting optional ‘tips’ toward the cause and Boston Pizza will donate 10 per cent of sales from this event.

Special Olympics Ontario relies on the generosity donors and sponsors to help raise the funds needed to provide year-round sports training programs for over 16,000 Special Olympic athletes across Ontario.

Boston Pizza is committed to being active members of the local community and supporting charitable organizations.  Boston Pizza is proud to support Special Olympics, an organization that helps thousands of athletes gain self-confidence and lead healthy lives.

Boston Pizza and the law enforcement volunteers invite everyone to come out for a lunch or dinner, and help support the Special Olympics!
