A Thunder Bay artist and sculptor faces sexual assault charges after an alleged incident involving a 23-year-old woman who was modeling for him.
Luc Paul Despres, 46, is due to appear in court on July 19. He will face one count of sexual assault.
Officials with the Thunder Bay Police Service say they hope to hear from other potential witnesses before the case goes to court.
