A Rosslyn man is facing charges of possessing and accessing child pornography.
Fifty-six-year-old James Comuzzi is accused of obtaining child pornography. It should be noted that the accused is not the well-known local business operator who has the same name.
On the same day, the Crown alleges he entered an Internet “zoom room” identification number to access a site where child pornography was being broadcasted.
Comuzzi’s $500 bail stipulates he’s not to access a computer for any purpose.
He can’t be in the presence of anyone under the age of 16 or attend public parks, arenas, daycare centres, community centres, swimming pools, or any other locations where people under the age of 16 are or could reasonably be expected to be present.
