THUNDER BAY -- A Thunder Bay resident won the top prize after scratching a winning instant scratch ticket.
Gloria Lee won the top prize of $75,000 with an Instant Twisted Treasures ticket she purchased at Barb's Laundromat on May Street.
Instant Twisted Treasures was available for $3 a play and the odds of winning a prize were 1 in 3.78.
