Thunder Bay musicians Jean Paul De Roover and Jamie Smith have teamed up to record the Paul McCartney classic Wonderful Christmastime.
"I got a hold of Jamie Smith from the Auditor General and convinced him to drop by my home studio Blueprints to record some vocals for "Wonderful Christmastime" by Paul McCartney," De Roover states in the Soundcloud introduction.
"Both of us are huge Beatles fans so it just made sense, plus listen to that guy’s voice!
"We realized that we had never really collaborated on anything before, so hopefully this is the beginning of something cool. We also hid a reference from the Beatles’ White Album in there, so listen closely to see if you can make it out!
