THUNDER BAY – Police say a man exposed his genitals to a female jogger on Wednesday night in the Boulevard Lake area.

In a release issued to media on Thursday, city police say the 31-year-old victim was jogging on Lyon Boulevard at about 8 a.m. when she noticed a maroon-coloured vehicle moving slowly behind her. As the vehicle passed by with its windows down, the woman noticed the male driver had his genitals out of his pants.

The vehicle drove down Arundel Street.

The victim phone police to report the incident.

The suspect is described as a male with a larger build and he was wearing a grey-coloured hoodie. Anyone with information is asked to contact police, who reminded the public to be aware of their surroundings when out jogging or walking, especially if they’re in an isolated area or after dark.
