Man charged after stabbing at Kenora hotel

Police say a youth was stabbed at a hotel in Kenora over the weekend. Kenora detachment OPP officers say the 15-year-old boy was stabbed in the neck by another male staying at the Lakeside Inn Saturday.

Police say a youth was stabbed at a hotel in Kenora over the weekend.

Kenora detachment OPP officers say the 15-year-old boy was stabbed in the neck by another male staying at the Lakeside Inn Saturday.

Police arrested a 27-year-old Rat Portage man and charged him with assault causing bodily harm.

The 15-year-old victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries at the Lake of the Woods District Hospital.
