Teen charged in high school break and enter

City police responded to a break and enter early Friday morning.
THUNDER BAY -- City police have arrested a male in connection with a break and enter at a local high school.

According to a release, police were dispatched to Superior Collegiate and Vocational Institute Friday morning around 1 a.m.

Police arrived on scene to find a male inside the office area. He was arrested and taken into custody without incident.

As a result, the 16-year-old has been charged with break and enter, theft and mischief under $5,000.

He appeared in court Friday morning and has been released with a future court date.
