FORT FRANCES, Ont. – A 24-year-old Fort Frances man faces charges after driving a snowmobile impaired over the weekend.
According to an Ontario Provincial Police release, Rainy River OPP observed a snowmobile being driven erratically Saturday afternoon around 3 p.m.
Police initiated a traffic stop with the snowmobile and conducted an investigation.
As a result, a 24-year-old Fort Frances man was charged with operate a conveyance with 80 or more milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
He will appear in Fort Frances court on Feb. 24 to answer to his charge.
