THUNDER BAY -- A 59-year-old man is dead after an ATV crash northwest of Kakabeka Falls on Canada Day.
Emergency services responded to the crash site on Mokomon Road about three kilometres west of Highway 11/17 on Sunday evening.
Provincial police said the driver of the all-terrain vehicle lost control and collided with a hydro pole.
Larry Robillard of Conmee Township was pronounced dead at the scene.
An OPP technical traffic collision investigator responded and assisted with the investigation.
