OPP officers in Northeastern Ontario are investigating a fatal snowmobile crash.
Police say they were called to the scene in Gogama, about 100 kilometres south of Timmins, on Tuesday evening.
Officials say the 30-year-old snowmobiler was killed after he crashed, hitting a rock cut.
The victim, from Chelmsford, Ont., was pronounced dead at the scene.
A post-mortem was scheduled for Wednesday in Sudbury.
