A man was sent to hospital after being hit by an SUV Thursday morning.
The 27-year-old was walking across the intersection of Brown Street and Arthur Street around 7:15 a.m. Thursday when he was struck by a westbound SUV. The driver was attempting to turn left onto Brown Street.
The 23-year-old female driver was charged with making an improper turn.
The man was taken to Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre with non-life threatening injuries.
